Being a mom isn’t all sunshine, lollipops and unicorns. As a mom myself and having suffered from postpartum depression, I was determined to become the mom that I had hoped I would be. 


As moms, we often make many sacrifices each day. We all know just how important having a self care routine is, but have you ever considered incorporating a happiness self care routine?


In this community talk, Melissa Marie Maltais – The Hygge Hippie will present to you both the Art & Science of Happiness. We’ll be discussing how our gut health affects our happiness, we’ll discuss the basics of mindfulness – what it is, and what it isn’t. And lastly, we connect it all with the beautiful, simple and trendy Scandinavian lifestyle – Hygge. 


If you’re needing to reconnect with yourself, with your children, your partner/spouse – I encourage you to come and be inspired to make happiness a priority in your life.
